It starts with a conversation following an enquiry you have made usually by phone or email. This is a personal face-to-face process with a strategy session established.

The strategy session gives an opportunity for active involvement by you or you and your partner(s) looking to invest. It enables a step-by-step collaboration process with the opportunity to ask any questions and build your knowledge and confidence, in order that you make an informed decision..

3. An Informed Decision*

Subsequent to the strategy session, and gaining the knowledge you need to make an informed decision, should you choose to progress further we then discuss property investments options to help you achieve your goals for the future.

4. Financial Expertise

One of the most fundamental questions an investor needs to establish is how much money can he spend. That then allows us to know what investment options are open to you. With that now determined we now look at supporting research and information that underpins why you could or should consider investing in one of the options presented.
